Sip N Stroll Volunteers
The Sip N Stroll is the Main Street Program’s biggest event, and we need you to help us make it great! Our next event is Sip N Stroll: Cheers to Tinseltown on November 18th from 5:30pm-9pm.
We need volunteers for the following duties:
Concierge at Check-Ins
You’ll be responsible for signing people in to the event, giving them their gift bags, and making sure they have a wrist band on so they can fully participate in the event.
Crossing Guard
There will be Sip N Stroll stops on both sides of Main Street, Railroad St & San Antonio St. Your job will be to help people cross the street safely to make it to their next stop.
Set Up Crew
Before the event, we’ll be setting up check-in stations for all our ticket holders, and a seating area as well. You’ll be helping us set everything up before the event begins.
Clean Up Crew
When the event is over, we’ll need to start packing up. You’ll be responsible for helping us take down decorations and transporting them to Stagecoach House.
